ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Leela Jacobs reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason, you will be notified if this arises.

Orders placed online by Tuesday are shipped out Wednesday - Friday between the hours of 12PM - 5PM MST each week.

If you have moved or have a different billing/shipping address, please contact us at the time of placing your order.

Once the package has left Leela Jacobs, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping time.

Leela Jacobs is not responsible for damaged/lost deliveries caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

We will provide tracking information upon request.

*IMPORTANT*  We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and U.S. orders.

REFUND POLICY

Credit is available on any full price item that is unworn, unaltered and unwashed within 20 days of the received shipment date or in-person purchase.

We encourage you to contact us by e-mail at contact@leelajacobs.com prior to purchasing if you have any questions regarding sizing and/or fit in order to ensure you purchase the right size.

The item must be received by Leela Jacobs within those 20 days. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Items will not be accepted for credit if they appear to have been worn, are stained, or crushed.

Merchandise received past the 20 day window will NOT be accepted for exchange or credit.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the return does not meet our policy guidelines. In this case, the purchase may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.

Please email contact@leelajacobs.com prior to returning your item and let us know the reason for the return/exchange. Leela Jacobs does not provide return labels.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with making a return/exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt in your package and items should be returned to the address provided by Leela Jacobs.

All sale items are final sale. All refunds are made to the original form of payment.
